During the winter program of the Chaleur Soccer Club, coaches and / or group leaders must offer the possibility to all registered players who are part of their group to play in all events and / or games organized by another party. It remains the responsibility of parents / legal guardians to read their email or established method of communication for the group.
No player who is not registered in the winter program of the year in question will be able to participate in an event including organized games unless there are not enough players available for the creation of a team.
If too many players in the group in question show interest in the event, the coaches and / or managers will have to make a selection on a "first come, first served" basis or by random selection.
Any other player selection method or situation that goes against this policy must be evaluated by the Soccer Chaleur club's executive committee.
